A carbon tetrachloride fire extinguisher refill manufactured by The Fyr-Fyter Company of Dayton, Ohio. Though this is a Pyrene-branded refill, Fyr-Fyter acquired Pyrene in 1956 and continued manufacturing under the Pyrene name.
